Benjamin Konstant is a Masters student in the field of economic and social geography with a focus on urban areas (MSc) at the University of Leipzig, Germany. He received his BSc degree in the field of geography with a specialization on human geography at the University of Goettingen, Germany in 2017. Currently he is doing an internship within the SMARTOUR project while completing his Masters’ dissertation. His research explores the profiles of Airbnb hosts in Porto in order to have a better understanding of who is benefitting from the short-term rental market.
