The first public debate organized by SMARTOUR took place in Porto, on the 18th of january of 2019. Among the invited participants, there was Liliana Pinto, sociologist, António Condé Pinto from a portuguese hospitality sector association, and Rui Silva, the CEO of The Porto Concierge, a short-term rentalsmanaging company.
